All products sold on Uberdoco come with a 60 day money back guarantee except for products that come from sellers outside the USA. If you are not happy just request for a return within 60 days from your purchase date. So you don’t have worry when you shop at Uberdoco.com.

3 simple steps?

  1. Take a picture of the product you want to return. Include any additional pictures for products that were damaged during delivery.
  2. Send an email to support@uberdoco.com or contact us via facebook at our Facebook page. Include your comment and all pictures from step 1.
    1. To ensure faster processing of your return/refund please include the following:
      1. Original Order Number
      2. Name
      3. Phone Number
      4. Return Mailing Address
      5. Email address for tracking information
      6. Short explanation of the reason for your request.
  3. Once the claim has been approved you will be notified by our staff and you will be required to return the product back to the seller's given address.

From this point on our lovely guys and gals at the “I want our customers money back” department will do all the work of following up on your claims for you. Our team will also keep you up to date with their progress until the claim has been completed.

Once the product arrives back to the seller your money will be refunded back to you.

Terms and conditions

We are all professionals here, we will be fair to you and we expect the same in return. A few conditions need to be followed in order to be eligible for the money back guarantee.

  1. Product(s) can be returned if the seller’s product description is significantly different from the product you received.
  2. Product must be in a new condition in order to be returned and must include the original packaging.
  3. For damaged goods on arrival, only products that were reported damaged within the 1st 6 hours of delivery confirmation based the on delivery tracking time can be claimed for damage.
  4. Products damaged by the user will not be accepted for the guarantee.
  5. The money back guarantee in not applicable for items with personalization which include but are not limited to engraving or custom embroidery.
  6. Shipping fee for returns is to be paid by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and therefore are not covered under the money back guarantee.
